The 304 Stainless Steel Cable Tray is sturdy, wear-resistant and durable. It maintains stable performance without aging, loosening, wear or damage after tens of thousands of reciprocating load and opening-closing tests, delivering highly reliable product quality. We supply both porcelain and composite (silicone rubber) insulators for our outdoor switchgear. Composite insulators offer lighter weight, better pollution performance and shatter resistance.

Creepage distance varies by voltage class and pollution level. For example, our 24kV outdoor products typically use insulators with adequate creepage for standard pollution environments. Check the datasheet for exact values.

Q3. How should I maintain a vacuum circuit breaker?

Outdoor VCBs need minimal maintenance. We recommend periodic visual inspection, checking operating mechanism, contact wear and insulation surface cleanliness. A full maintenance interval is usually several years depending on operating frequency.
